How it works
From sign-up to your first profit figure.
- 1. Request accessLeave your e-mail. We write when your access opens. You create an account and turn on two-step sign-in.
- 2. Connect Amazon, read-onlyYou are sent to Amazon's own page and approve access to your seller account. We never see your Amazon password, and we cannot change anything in your account.
- 3. First syncSellerGrid imports your orders, fees, refunds, settlements and inventory. You see an "importing" notice until the first sync finishes.
- 4. Enter your product costsAmazon does not know what your goods cost you. Type a cost per product, or fill an Excel sheet in bulk. Until a cost is entered, the profit is marked "incomplete".
- 5. Read your profit, payouts and claimsProfit per product, payouts matched to settlements, money Amazon may owe you, and alerts when something needs your attention.
