Terms of Service
By using SellerGrid you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
SellerGrid is software that shows Amazon sellers their profit, fees, payouts and inventory from Amazon data and what they enter. We calculate the figures with care, but they can change when Amazon updates or corrects its data, and they depend on the costs you enter. They are management information, not accounting, tax or legal advice.
2. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your password and recovery codes safe.
- You are responsible for activity in your account, including by people or assistants you give access to.
- You must have the right to connect the Amazon seller account you connect.
3. Beta and subscription
- SellerGrid is in beta. Features may change or stop without notice, and no payments are taken.
- After launch, every new account starts with a 7-day free trial from the first completed sync, once per Amazon seller account.
- Plans, prices, payment and refunds will be published before paid subscriptions begin.
- When a trial or subscription ends the account becomes inactive: syncing stops, data is kept 6 months and then deleted. Renewing within that time restores everything. You can pause for up to 6 months in Settings.
4. Acceptable use
See the Acceptable Use policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
5. Amazon
SellerGrid is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon. We are not responsible for Amazon's decisions about your account, or for changes to its services, interfaces or availability. Claim amounts are estimates; Amazon decides what to approve.
6. Limits of liability
To be completed with a lawyer under the governing law before launch.
7. Ending the service
You can stop using the service and disconnect Amazon at any time. The retention and deletion rules in the Privacy Policy apply.
8. Law and contact
Governing law and venue will be set with a lawyer before launch. Contact: info@sellergrid.co
