Help
Straight answers.
Do you ask for my Seller Central password?
No. You approve access on Amazon's own page. We never see your Amazon password.
Can SellerGrid change anything in my Amazon account?
No. It is read-only toward Amazon.
What data do you read from Amazon?
Orders and order items, fees, refunds and financial events, settlements and payouts, inventory and product details. We do not store buyers' names, addresses, phones or e-mails.
Why does my profit say "incomplete"?
Some products have no cost entered. Amazon does not know what your goods cost you, so we never count a missing cost as zero. Enter the cost on the Products page or upload the Excel sheet.
Why do the days differ from Seller Central?
We count days in UTC, while Seller Central counts in the marketplace's local time, so a day's totals can differ slightly.
Are the claim amounts guaranteed?
No. They are estimates. Amazon decides what to approve, and may approve less or refuse.
What happens if I stop?
You can pause for up to 6 months. When an account ends it becomes inactive, syncing stops, and we keep the data 6 months and then delete it. Renewing within that time brings everything back. Disconnecting Amazon deletes its access keys at once.
