SellerGrid is a profit and reconciliation dashboard for Amazon sellers, built in Egypt. We are the controller of the account data you give us and a processor of the Amazon data you ask us to fetch for you. Contact: info@sellergrid.co.
1. What we collect
From you
- Name, e-mail, store name and password (stored only as a one-way hash).
- What you enter: product costs, expenses, settings, alerts, and advertising reports if you upload them yourself.
- If you request access: your e-mail, and optionally your name, marketplaces and number of seller accounts.
From Amazon, only after you approve on Amazon's own page
- Orders at order and item level (no buyer name, address, phone or e-mail).
- Financial events, settlements, fees, refunds and reimbursements.
- Inventory, product and listing details, and ratings.
- The access keys Amazon issues to us for your account, stored encrypted.
- Amazon Ads, only after our access to the Amazon Ads API is approved and only if you connect it: your advertising profiles and daily advertising reports (campaign, impressions, clicks, cost, attributed sales). Read-only; details in the Amazon Ads Data Policy.
Technical data
- Sign-in time, IP address, browser type, errors and security events, to protect accounts and run the service.
- A necessary sign-in cookie, a short-lived cookie while connecting Amazon, and your browser's local storage for language and selected marketplace. No advertising cookies and no third-party trackers.
- Which sections you use and for how long, and how you reached us at sign-up. We collect it ourselves, never record page content, and use no third party.
2. What we do not collect
- Buyers' names, addresses, phones or e-mails.
- Your Amazon password. You approve on Amazon's own page.
- Payment card data. No payments are taken during the beta.
3. How we use it
- To calculate and show your profit, reports and alerts to you alone.
- To send account e-mails: confirmation, password reset and security notices.
- To protect the service, detect abuse, fix errors and meet legal duties.
- To contact people who requested access.
We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising, and never show one seller's data to another.
4. Amazon information
Amazon data is used only to provide the features you see. We do not combine it with other sources to profile buyers, share it with advertisers or data brokers, or use it to train third-party models. We follow Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy. You can remove our access any time in Seller Central or in Settings.
5. Who we share it with
- Our host, Amazon Web Services. The service will be hosted on AWS at launch; the region will be stated here before launch.
- An e-mail provider, to send account e-mails (to be named before launch).
- The access form sends your request by e-mail to our own mailbox at info@sellergrid.co. Nothing is shared with anyone else.
- An AI assistant (Claude or ChatGPT) only if you connect it; it sees what you allow and you can remove it any time.
- SellerGrid support sees your account only if you allow it in Settings: read-only, for the time you choose, with an e-mail and a log entry for every session.
- Authorities, where the law or a valid legal request requires it.
6. International transfers
Servers are outside your country. Where data leaves it we will state our legal basis here before launch, with review under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law and the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.
7. Retention and deletion
- While your account is active we keep your data.
- When a trial or subscription ends the account becomes inactive and syncing stops. We keep data for 6 months from that date, then delete it permanently. Renewing within that time restores everything.
- When you disconnect Amazon we delete its access keys immediately and fetch nothing more. Past records stay while the account exists.
- You can ask us to delete your data sooner at info@sellergrid.co; we act within 30 days. Deleted data leaves our backups within 7 days. Security logs are kept up to 12 months.
- Access-request e-mails are deleted on request, or when the beta ends.
8. How we protect it
Encryption in transit and at rest, Amazon keys encrypted again inside the application, strict separation between workspaces, two-step sign-in, access logging and an activity log you can download. Details are on the Security page. We have no independent penetration test or certification yet.
9. Security incidents
If an incident affects Amazon data or your data, we will report it to Amazon within 24 hours of detection and to you without undue delay.
10. Your rights
- Access your data and download a copy in Settings (account owner).
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Ask for deletion.
- Withdraw consent by disconnecting Amazon in Settings or removing access in Seller Central.
- Complain to your data-protection authority.
For any request write to info@sellergrid.co.
