A billable order is an Amazon order placed in the calendar month (UTC) in any connected marketplace and not cancelled.
How billing will work
- A free 7-day trial that starts when your first sync completes, once per Amazon seller account.
- Pay yearly and get two months free: you pay for 10 months.
- No surprise fees. If you go over your allowance we alert you; after two months in a row over, you choose a plan before the next renewal, and we give seven days' notice before any change.
- Accurate numbers are never a paid extra: a missing cost is never counted as zero in any plan.
- Prices exclude VAT where it applies. The full billing and refund terms will be published before paid subscriptions begin.
Not available yet and not sold: Amazon Ads data, team seats, priority support.
